Show and Tell September 2007

This started as a "nickle quilt" block exchange with the Thursday Thimblers. Karen W. did the quilting. We have donated the quilt to my DAR chapter. If you go to the State Fair of Texas, stop by the DAR house -- next to the Women's Museum. You could win this quilt!

Elaine started quilting in April. she made this lap size quilt after taking a beginners quilting class.

My husband's niece had a "preemie" baby born August 1st weighing 3 1/2 pounds. I was not finished with this baby quilt then since she was born two months early. I'm finished as of last night and MaKenzie will go home on Saturday.

I made a lap quilt for my mom's birthday. Thought this would be a nice Christmas gift to go with it.
